Refund Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

Payments on XCA are made in crypto and confirmed on-chain, so this policy explains when and how we can return funds.

General rule

A plan activates automatically once your transfer is confirmed. Because blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, completed payments for an activated plan are generally non-refundable, including partially used periods.

When we refund or fix a payment

You paid but the plan did not activate, you were charged twice for the same order, or you sent more than the quoted amount — we will either activate or extend your plan, or return the difference.

You sent less than the quoted amount — the payment is marked as underpaid and reviewed by our team: we can extend the plan proportionally or return the funds.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent in the same asset and network to the wallet the payment came from. Network fees may be deducted. We cannot refund payments sent from exchanges that do not support incoming transfers to the original address; in that case we will agree on another address with you.

How to ask

Contact us within 14 days of the payment and include the transaction signature and the email or wallet of your XCA account.
